 We had a great time on free day!

 

 

Raven loved playing in the water and running around with the girls. 

Saryn was an angel and slept on me the whole time.

Everything was great until a down pour started right after I changed Raven out of her swim suit.

Mikel's Work Party

 Mikel's work has a big picnic every year. Unfortunately it was cold, rainy and gross this year. We still had fun though. Raven and Mikel rode the mechanical bull, Mikel stayed on for 23 seconds, pretty good!

They had some craft stuff for the "kids".

All the kids got a present, Raven got a stuffed pig and Saryn got a towel. There was a ton of good food and a sundae bar. There was also a petting zoo which we avoided in the rain... Hopefully it will be sunny next year!

We had a great Summer, and even though I'm going to miss seeing Saryn's chunky thighs, I'm excited for Fall!

Saryn's Born!

 My precious little Sar-Bear was born! I've done one post since then, but realized I never did an official birth post and pretty much nothing else either.

Thanks to my awesome Mom for watching Raven for me, it was nice knowing she was in good hands.

This button was my friend during the hard times, ah, sweet, extra meds...

 

See, I feel so good after the touch of a button, I can even pose for pictures!

 

Thanks to some my very awesome doctor, Dr. Cox and a great nurse, my VBAC went off without a hitch!

 

I love my awesome sisters. They were a great support to me before and after Saryn was born. I can always trust Ali to ask the questions that I don't want to and Amy was there when it counted, with food! I'm so thankful that I have so many good mothers that I can look up too!

 

Raven was not to fond of the new baby at first, but she adores her now! It broke my heart when Raven thought that me and Mikel lived at the hospital with the baby now and Raven lived with Mimi. It took several days after we got home before Raven would give me a hug.

 

I wasn't as diligent at getting photos of visitors as I was when Raven was born. If you have a pic of you and Saryn at the hospital, email it to me please!

 

Besides wanting to be with Raven, I loved my stay at the hospital!
